Broken Destiny-Winter SolsticeRiley Goode had finally found an area he felt at peace. This forest was immense, but he was happy here, even if it was nearly freezing outside, and the temperature was still dropping. The sun was beginning to set, signaling the end of the longest day of the year. He needed shelter, or else freeze to death... Wandering through the forest, going deeper, the twined branches above blocking out still more light, he smelled, and even spotted, a hazy line of smoke rising into the darkening gray sky.
